The project is formed by a series of groups that have differing roles aiming to ensure that the project achieves both its short and long-term goals within the timescales and scope of the project. The key people within the project are as follows:

Groups
The Project Board, comprised of senior University figures, oversees the scope and progress of the project.This project is steered by a number of groups to ensure there is contribution at all levels of academic and administriative staff.
The Steering Committee directs the project within the remit set by the Project Board.
The Project Team form the core of the day to day delivery of the project, consisting of key business and technical representatives.
The User Group are a collection of participating representative stakeholders from all areas of the University that deal with Graduate Admissions. Each member may act as a point of contact for others within their organisation.
