Graduate Admissions Project (GAP)

 

Dates and location

The usability testing will take place over three rounds in the at 17 Mill Lane. The dates for these are as follows:

Round 1:

11th May

Round 2:

June

Round 3:

July

 

Round summary

Round one will involve at least one user from each persona group; this will include informal interviews and testing with users on the old/current application process with the purpose of validating the project itself and instigating discussion for changes to the new form.

Round two will take place the following week using approximately three users from each group and will focus on the new application form.

Finally, Round 3 will take place in July, which will involve the full new development system being tested by approximately three users from each group; results from Round 2 will be the catalyst for many changes that are made for Round 3.

 

Incentives

Any volunteer who passes screening and takes part in the usability testing will be awarded a £20 Amazon voucher in gratitude.
