Usability testing for Round 1 has now taken place, which consisted of Cambridge graduates working through the existing graduate application form. The purpose of this was two-fold: firstly to understand the things that work well and not so well within the current system, which will help to form decisions for the new system; secondly, the results of the usability testing will be used as a benchmark against future usability testing on the new application form.
The results of the first round of usability testing will be documented over the coming weeks and added to the Usability section of this website.
The next round of testing is to be scheduled to take place in early June with a mix of undergraduate and graduate students from various departments and colleges across the university taking part. If you know of any students who you believe will be able to offer excellent feedback during testing, please send their details across to gap-contact@admin.cam.ac.uk.
