A request has been made to all lead accountable contacts for colleges to fill out the following questionniare:

The ages of children specified by applicants within their application form are currently captured through a date of birth field; with this data being of a sensitive nature, the Graduate Admissions Project would like to know if this can be captured in a different way. And If so: how?
