Graduate Admissions Project (GAP)

 

The administrator portal to manage reference requests was released 1 March 2016 for GAO and will be released end of March for ICE.  This new functionality will enable administrators (in GAO and ICE) to communicate more easily with referees experiencing issues and applicants who wish to  change referees, and to monitor reference requests. 30 references have already been submitted via the new online reference system. If you have reviewed an application for Lent Term 2017 we would welcome your feedback on the new format of the reference output.

The project team are now working on phase 2 of the project – the development of a new online application form -  for delivery in August 2016. Now that phase 2 has begun, there will be increased communications with stakeholders within the University, and the User Group will be re-established to review and feedback into demos of the new system as it is developed.
