The Output PDF has reduced from 11 pages to a maximum of 6, but includes the following additional information:
- A header on each page summarising the admit term, name of course, applicant name, application number and USN.
- A preferred name in brackets after the applicant’s name.
- Date the applicant applied.
- Whether the applicant believes they are eligible for staff fee discount (this replaces the previous question on the form asking applicants if they are employed 40% by the University of Cambridge).
- The course length (taken from GAObase/prospectus information).
- Additional options for academic history (possible number of previous courses extended from three to five).
- Character counts in free text boxes, including character limit.
- A provisional fee status (this is to give an indication and will be verified at the point of offer by the GAO).
- Country of birth.
- Language test results including date taken, type of test, test results and reference number.
- Whether the applicant agrees that they need to take a language test (this will be verified at the point of offer by the GAO).
- If the applicant does not have a language test, it indicates whether or not they intend to take one or ‘other’.
- Two separate questions ‘Research summary’ and ‘Reasons for applying’ rather than them being combined in one field.
- Skype address.
- Option for an additional phone number.
- Adjustment requirements for an interview.
- If the applicant wishes to return to a college if not accepted by their college preferences.
